1) All products are handcrafted, so slight variations may occur.

2) Orders are confirmed only after payment. We may cancel orders due to stock issues or incorrect pricing.

3) Shipping is usually done within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and location.

4) Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (unused, with original tags). Custom or sale items are non-returnable.

5) All designs, content, and images belong to Echo Ethnic. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6) We are not responsible for courier delays or damages once an order has been dispatched.

7) These terms are governed by Indian law, under the jurisdiction of Lucknow courts.
